Cottage life

Jonesy LOVED the cottage! He rarely slept; watched out the windows (day and night), played, went for walks, ate waaaay more than he usually does and just seemed happy all the time. He even tried to chase a chipmunk (and I got a bit of a rope burn). He was also really snuggly, sitting on my lap a few times in the evenings. I almost felt bad taking him back to the city*.

Whereas Murphy …

He was fine, but I wouldn’t say he loved it.

* I really felt bad when he vomited about 10 minutes after getting home!

About Adventures in Cat Fostering

I am a cat fosterer for Toronto Cat Rescue. I also have cats of my own, Jonesy, the black and white, and Murphy, the brown tabby, are in the photo. Little Blue was a foster kitten I kept. All were adopted from Toronto Cat Rescue.
