Re-check

Norm scratched the scab off his cheek again. Still, the wound is getting smaller and looks nice and clean. He went for his re-check (thyroid and ears) the other day.

img_6108rThey were very happy with how his cheek is healing and the inflammation in his ears has gone down. He wasn’t quite as good at the vet’s this time but then who likes having blood drawn? We got the results of the blood work and he’s to get a slightly smaller dose of medicine and be retested in 2-3 weeks.

In the meantime, he’s been posted!

have you thought about putting an ointment or some coconut oil on the scab to keep it from itching so much as it heals?
