36 hours (or so) and counting

Quince, Bee Balm, Cosmos, Lotus

We’re on the final countdown for the bowlathon! We have a full roster of participants so, fingers crossed, we raise a lot of money!

The biggest job I had left — the loot bags — was finished with the kids last week. But I did have to make some more ears and a few more tails and there are plenty of last minute details.

On Saturday, I have to go to the Volunteer Centre and transport 137 loot bags (I have one other driver to help) to the bowling alley! Fortunately, the bowling alley is really close to the VC. Last year participants starting arriving really early so we’ve decided we should be there pretty early. Bella will NOT be impressed; she hasn’t been allowed to sleep in once since she got here! Speaking of, she can’t come bowling so she’ll have to stay home. A whole day is too long for her so a friend will come a couple of times to take her for some fresh air.

About Adventures in Cat Fostering

I am a cat fosterer for Toronto Cat Rescue. I also have two cats of my own, Jonesy, the black and white, and Murphy, the brown tabby, in the photo. Both were adopted from Toronto Cat Rescue.
