Jen and her husband Jerry came to visit the kittens. When they arrived the babies were asleep and snuggled two and two but I wasn’t fast enough to get a picture. They quickly woke up and started playing …

Bee Balm

I stepped out of the room, but apparently he was growling at the other kittens to leave his mouse alone!

Lotus is king of the mountain!
The only one not playing was Quince. S/he snoozed on Jen’s lap the whole time! I didn’t get a photo, but the last time Jen came to visit, little Quince snoozed on her the whole time as well:

I am a cat fosterer for Toronto Cat Rescue. I also have two cats of my own, Jonesy, the black and white, and Murphy, the brown tabby, in the photo. Both were adopted from Toronto Cat Rescue.

    • You feel like fish? πŸ˜‰ Awww … think of the silver lining. I love the idea that you’re not needed as much. Sadly, the onslaught has started here. We had a bunch of sick ones (from hoarding!) come through the Volunteer Centre. They’re in foster care now. And we’ve had a number of appeals for bottle feeders, the most recent today. Maybe you should come and visit. We have no snow and it’s finally warming up. Spring flowers (the non-kitten kind) and everything. Instead of moving to Florida for the winter, come to Toronto for kitten season!
