The price of love

Kira hasn’t been feeling 100% the last couple of days. I’m not sure what it was but the prevailing theory is a hairball caught in her throat!! I never knew such a thing was even possible. In my experience, they either go through or come back up. But considering how much she’s been “grooming” Bear it makes sense. So I kept dosing her with hairball medicine. She rallied then had a relapse (sleeping all the time, sporadic gagging, not eating well). Then last night happened. Kira, after three days of sleeping and resting, is a sight to see. It’s like living inside a pinball machine. She was racing around, into everything, and torturing the boys. The boys who all outweigh her — by a LOT. It’s pretty funny to see her throw Bear to the ground!

So peaceful. Notice who’s missing? 😉
