More scenes from a weekend

Sadly, Arthur’s potential adopter cancelled. So it looks like he will be going to the Mega Adoption event after all. And the boys will not. They have their neuter surgery booked for Tuesday and they’re being picked up on Wednesday and taken to one of our store partners. (sniff!) I’ve had their little blankets out for a couple of days absorbing the smell of Claire and their siblings.

It was another busy weekend — for me. I’m not sure what’s going on; I can go weeks with having nothing on the weekends. Now suddenly I’m having full days all the time! And the week to come promises to be insane. So posting may be light. Meanwhile, here are some scenes from the weekend.

The girls started a wrestling match on my lap and were quickly joined by Fergus:

Meanwhile, Jem and Mac …

IMG_3299I managed to see a rare moment of play on the part of Claire:

I wish I’d thought to record it, but she was actually responding to Fergus grabbing her paws.

And of course, the nice, domestic bliss shots:

On the weird side, I’ve seen Jem do this a number of times.

I have no idea what’s going on. That bin is full of Bowl-a-thon supplies.

About Adventures in Cat Fostering

I am a cat fosterer for Toronto Cat Rescue. I also have two cats of my own, Jonesy, the black and white, and Murphy, the brown tabby, in the photo. Both were adopted from Toronto Cat Rescue.
